As a French language teacher and Ballet instructor I spent more than twenty years of my life in Tokyo, Japan. Then I worked in Bangkok and Singapore for a couple of years before going back to Tokyo and finally Paris.

Living in Japan was a life-changing experience and precious time in my life. While teaching to people of all ages (High School, University students and Adults classes) I also learned from my students how to always be full of energy, despite the stressful metropolitan life.
In Japan, I did practice the Healing Power of Art Jin Shin Jyutsu  仁神術

Jin Shin Jyutsu is the Art or releasing tensions which are the causes for various symptoms in the body.

I also was interested in Japanese technique known as Reiki 霊気 involves using the energy of your own hands to heal and relieve discomfort to the affected areas of the body. It is a very soft and relaxing technique where physical contact is minimal or nonexistent, in which it is understood that and Ki 気 or spirit, universal energy, is transmitted from one person to another to help healing.

And then there is also the expression of Teate手当てwhich uses the kanji for hand 手 and means care for the sick or treatment.
